Giving something back to the Scaffolding industry
At SRT Scaffolding, we are heavily focused on training the next generation of scaffolders and giving something back to the industry. It is important that apprentice scaffolders receive the correct training and supervision from day one, so that they can perform their duties safely and with confidence.
We are CITB registered and are proud to operate our apprenticeship programme under the CISRS scheme. We offer two apprenticeship placements per year and train each apprentice properly, to NASC standards.
Working at height can be dangerous
So the role of a qualified scaffolder is pivotal to ensuring the safety of those working in the construction industry. With the right skills, knowledge and equipment, you can provide the platforms and access needed to enable contractors to carry out their work, safely and efficiently.
Within a welcoming and nurturing environment, we will provide you with all the support, guidance and experience you need to achieve the qualifications required for your CISRS Scaffolders Card. This card will prove your knowledge of different scaffolding structures and their implementation on construction sites.
From here, you may choose to set your sights on bigger and better things by training for your advanced card. The advanced card deems a person capable of leading a scaffold gang in all scaffold operations, including complex design structures, and typically requires an additional 12-18 months’ training.
